Billing Information
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
- Invoice usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle (every 30 days)
- Upgrades take effect instantly — new features are available immediately
Payment through Shopify
All plans are billed through Shopify. When you select a plan, you will be redirected to the Shopify approval page for confirmation.
Common Issues
Monthly limit reached
Cause: You have reached the maximum number of invoices for your current plan.
Solution: Upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the start of the next billing cycle (30 days).
Feature locked
Cause: The feature requires a higher plan (e.g., OSS requires Professional).
Solution: Check which plan includes the desired feature and upgrade accordingly.
